I had an issue with my phone and phone app compatibility, Triodos were proactive with the fix and related communication and waived all charges for the time the app didn't work. I love what they do, I've never paid bank charges before but I don't mind paying Triodos charges as I know they support so many good causes, I'm so glad to know that my money won't be finding wars or unethical business. It's all part of my vision of living a longer way of life through making better consumer choices. Reviewed on: 20th December 2019
