Lack of support

I have used them before without problems. This time I got a good rate. I booked at the weekend and they the earliest date was Wednesday, three days later. The money did not arrive on the Wednesday. I tried to contact them and they did not reply. I tracked it to a Royal Mail sorting office, but could not get a reply from them. I tried to contact the currency team again and no reply. I tried to contact both the currency team and the post office the next day, no reply. Eventually my money was delivered at one o’clock the day after I had expected it. I should not have to endure stress like this ! I have still not heard from them the currency club. So the moral here is that , it takes a long time for the money to arrive and if there is a problem, there are not there to support or assist you locate it or resolve the problem.
