Superb service

I got an account ages ago but didn’t really use it. I then realised they did a business account and got one as I was having issues with my previous bank. I started using my personal current account and soon switched my account to Starling. Both my partners now use starling as their main or only account. Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

I have both dyslexia and dyspraxia and remembering my password for my previous bank was a nightmare. If I did forget it, it was a 2 week wait to get it reset. None of that with Starling. Video recording a few minutes wait and off we go simple. And they don’t charge me for the account Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

I have 2 business and 1 current accounts with starling and wouldn’t move any of them. I am over the moon with their service and my two partners have also moved their accounts and are just as pleased. Their app is superb and should get an award on its own for making dyspraxia suffers less conscious of their memory issues around their passwords. I don’t stress about forgetting my password as if I do it’s easy to reset, quickly. I like other traditional banks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
