Doesn't even deliver legal requirements.

Washes hands of fraudulent transactions even when you tell them before the transaction has been authorised. Customer service is non existent. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Dreadful customer experience.

Reported two unknown transactions which were pending from an unknown vendor I had never heard of, made within minutes of each other. Starling failed to take any action and did not offer any 'customer service' to do anything to understand what the transactions were or herp recover the money. Had to use items solicitor to recover the money from the vendor who admitted the transactions were fraudulent ( IP address was not even from the UK) Starling ( Inc Anne Bodens office) failed to even acknowledge my complaint. A 'bank' which doesn't even fulfil its legal obligations let alone offer decent customer service. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Everything needed and more. . .until issue arose

Now descended into another faceless bank with no interest in CX. Simplee, effective and efficient. From the signup to day to day banking, Starling have out performed every other bank I have ever used. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
