They really need to improve

The only reason there is a second star is because the man that resolved my issue was polite but I spent almost 2 hours in the bank! I believe strongly that their staff need to be trained. I applied for a switch (which I regretted doing) to Natwest. The post did not get to me till weeks after I moved out of my previous residence. I called the customer care to change the address and they told me that it was an easy fix- that I had to walk into a branch with my passport. On getting to the branch, they refused to see me because they were closing in 20 mins. The next day, I went to another branch, and the lady told me that she couldn't help me out as she wanted me to re-apply-- (like whoa!! be credit scored twice?? how insensitive!). I finally went back to the previous bank and they sorted me out (after two days- and 2 hours- because I needed more than my passport and nobody mentioned that to me). I'm aggrieved- just glad its over! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

I believe that they are here to make our lives easier. I opened my business bank account and printed a proof of address in just 1 day. however it has taken me 3 weeks to do the same with a traditional bank! The best part is that it syncs with freeagent easily, so i see my transactions in real time . Thank you starling!! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
