The "Help" service is very good. Staff are very polite and follow things up.

For "small" individual customers like myself the staff are very patient and will talk you through a problem (of account access for example). It is so important to have telephone access where you can talk to someone and CD has this. Precious these days. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
