Bad Customer Service

I have always enjoyed good customer service until the last two years where they have been rude to me on the phone when I have been obviously upset about having issues with accessing my online or mobile banking. I also do not like the amount of paper that they waste sending me offers for credit cards and bank loans. Barclays tends to offer good products with better rates than some of the other banks on the market but I would rather get a slightly worse interest rate with another bank than put up with their unhelpfulness.
