Shocking company!!!

Shocking company!!! Used them(not by choice) to finance my public liability insurance, setup my direct debit with them when taking out my insurance then they took it upon themselves to add my ex business partners bank details to my account, trying to take the money out of his account for my insurance which id go as far to say they broke the data protection act and commited fraud. After countless phone calls and being told i have to wait 8 weeks for a complaint to be processed ive got my ex business partner threatening me with the police and chasing me for his bank charges but close brothers dont seem to think its a important issue and dont want to take the matter serious!! If you are going to use this company be very careful and make sure they follow data protection. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020
