Great ethics - and great customer service

I have a personal and business account with Triodos and have always found their service to be impeccable - ethical, concerned, interested and engaged. If I have experienced any difficulties with managing my account, it's always been possible to talk to someone in person who has been incredibly supportive and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Transparency & Trust

I have been with Triodos Bank ever since it first set up and I have never been disappointed with their services, their customer care and the immense level of transparency they offer about how they handle my money. They are 100% trustworthy, ethical and planet conscious in every aspect of what they do. I have already recommended them to friends and family and I would urge everyone who values transparency in financial dealings and who wants to feel reassured that they are with a bank who can be trusted, to open a bank account with them.
