DEVASTATED!

DEVASTATED! We exchanged contracts today on a property, our future home which we told Precise we would not occupy until we no longer had a buy to let mortgage on it (property to be let until we sell our current home and business and therefore pay off the BLT mortgage).Nothing in their terms and conditions to say that this might be a problem, only occupancy during the terms of their mortgage which we understand. Because we have intent to occupy in the future (after the mortgage is paid off) they have withdrawn the mortgage offer AFTER exchange and BEFORE completion which was due tomorrow!
