Wonderful customer service, ethical values and great products

I chose Triodos (as fairly new customer) down to their ethical values and to be honest, as Bristol based (and I’m a proud Bristolian!). What I hadn’t expected was the fabulous customer service. I’ve had to call twice (once when setting up and once after and down to me) and the people were friendly, warm, sooo not corporate (and therefore not unfeeling and not following a script) and genuinely helpful.
