For the type of account they offer you I cannot complain at all even with the charges it's still great I went to America couple of months ago use my card over there and the charges are not even too bad. Money gets transferred into my account with no issues I can send money from my account with no issues. Set up direct debits no issues even the little 20p charges for a bounce back lol. As far as I'm concerned for people who have bad credit this is probably well then again this is definitely the best account you could possibly find. Everybody rates monzo for what reason I don't know. Maybe it's the pretty orange card that they are for you but they take your money straight from it so I'll stick to what suits me lol.
