Best bank!

Been with this bank since I Fiat had a bank when I was 13 so for about 6/7 years now. Only thing I could fault is the savings account-I was putting away £200 a month at 5% until the last month when it dropped down to 2.5% which was very misleading and I only received 2.5% not the 5% which I signed up for. Easy to set up my account & easy to navigate

To make the account was pretty easy not a stress, the app is easy to navigate. Only thing to improve on is the payment, took about a week for my deposit to come out and another 3 days for it to appear in the app. Needs to be on time as this affects my other bills when they are coming out too.
