Easy, transparent

Absolutely no complaints. From setting up, to interactions on the phone, everything has been prompt and straightforward. Tracking value of plans takes seconds. Have and will continue to recommend to friends and family. Only part I haven't tried yet is withdrawing money, mainly because I'd rather have the money in the plan. That there is an option for ethical/sustainable trading is great, and that this now costs the same as a standard plan. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020
