Easy, modern experience

Investing always felt arcane and out of reach, but I tried Wealthify following a recommendation. I’m glad I did. The app-first approach really works for me (as I tend to work from my phone), and the process is easy and clear. It’s straightforward to check my investments, to add or withdraw, and the customer service is great. The team is very friendly and helpful! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Good rate, but the app has some fiddly bits

Chip offers a good savings rate, but getting the account set up in the first place can be a bit fiddly; I found it tricky to find out how to switch off the auto-save feature and ensure I wasn't being charged a monthly fee. Once that was sorted, though, it's easy to transfer in money to the account. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Straightforward if slow

I love having all the information about my investments in the app, and it’s all presented in an easy-to-understand format. The only downside is the speed of investment; it still takes days for a deposit to appear! Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021
