easy to use

Easy to use investment platform with good transparency. Time it takes for investment to appear is too slow and not all information is transparent, such as the right for a separate, rather than pooled, money account. Where the money is invested could also be more transparent. However, these issues are unlikely to be better any where else. They are market failures. However, it is unsettling regardless that investment platforms attempt to contract with you without taking much risk despite the services they offer. Better terms and conditions could be agreed to improve market confidence and levels of investment. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021
