Genuine Solid Customer Service

I've been with Lloyds for over 20 years and have always had a really positive experience. Like all companies there have been times where things haven't been right, but they've dealt with these quickly and fairly and have never been adverse to removing charges or going the extra mile in terms of updating me re the situations progress. Overall, despite the financial incentives that are out there, i've never been close to considering moving to another group. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

great starter opportunity for kids

It's been really useful to get my fifteen year or used to managing his money and feel more independent in a safe environment. Card worked great in Tanzania and is really easy to manage. Saved his backside a few times as well when he needed bus fares unexpectedly.ideal very positive. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020
