Simple, reliable banking, with excellent customer service

I couldn't be happier about making the switch to Starling a couple of years ago, after several years of increasing frustration with the antiquated bureaucracy of Nationwide. Starling works just as a bank should do, providing simple and easy-to-use services. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact their customer support team, I have been able to get through to talk to someone almost immediately, and they have resolved my query very quickly. Banking as it should be: simple and reliable

Banking with Starling is beautifully simple. Everything can be done through their beautifully-designed app, but on the couple of occasions I've called their customer service line I've reached a very helpful person almost immediately. The contrast with the beaurocracy and complication that I've experienced with traditional banks couldn't be greater. I'd recommend to anyone to switch to Starling. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
