Foreign Friendly, Real Customer Service and Secure

Very useful when abroad - obtaining money from ATMs without paying exorbitant fees or receiving poor exchange rates. Also, able to pay Euro accounts easily from my Sterling account without incurring high money transfer fees - I also didn't need to have a separate Euro account. Superb instructions and help when I had a problem with my banking App - proper customer service immediately. Also, the security of being able to prevent internet payments by someone else who may have sneakily got hold of your card and noted all details (just enable the feature when you want to make an internet payment and then disable it as soon as the payment is made). This is in addition to being able to lock the card against all types of payment. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
