listened no judging wish I’d turned to them sooner

When I was in trouble financially stepchange were kind and understanding acknowledging that it didn’t take much to be in that position and that it’s not always your fault. I felt listened to without being judged and they handled everything for me. When I paid it all off myself and contacted them they supplied me with the proof I needed. I wish I’d gone to them sooner. Quick fair easy

Although I took a personal loan it was for a car I just wanted the money before I went shopping for car so I knew what I had to spend. Rate was good and application super easy and fast decision too. Online account also good just need an app now so I don’t have to remember what they are called. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
