Phenomenal

This bank is far beyond any other bank available, whether it be Santander, to Starling Bank, to Barclays. Nothing compares. The quick and easy opening of the banking app, the prompt sending and receiving of funds and the countless other features Monzo has to offer, really contribute to why I believe Monzo bank should win this award. This bank does NOT charge for emergency overdraft. I can dip in by £3-£4 and have it payed back in within a couple of days without having to worry about excessive overdraft fees. Another amazing feature of Monzo bank is the notification when you receive money, and how easy it is to send and request money from other people on Monzo. Overall, this bank deserves this award, from customer service, to handling funds, to general everyday use. Not one single issue. Monzo Bank for BBA2020 Reviewed on: 20th January 2020
