Reliable app, great customer service

The application has worked flawlessly, the only downside is that the last update changed the user interface but didn't bring any extra features to the app. So I was left trying to figure out a new U.I. with no real benefit at the end of it. The customer service representatives are great. The idea that all your messages to and from the reps stay in one "chat" in the app is simple but brilliant. It has meant that I can send a message about an issue, forget about it for a while and come back to reply to the representative without wasting my time or their time.
