Handy, discreet and ideal for savings

I can easily access support on the messenger app. It’s so helpful having savings made discreetly, and to find money there that I forgot I had! It has helpful balance updates each morning, and is very interactive. The only downsides are withdrawal speeds from Plum back to my bank, and from my bank to Plum. Even though the money goes from my bank, it isn’t actually with plum for a few days. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

Easy, helpful and accessible

Support is always available on live chat, if not instantly, they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. Overdraft fees are easy to understand and low. I can manage my finances much better knowing what’s due to come out the following day. The “get paid early” feature is a godsend! Especially when payments are due Monday and you can get them Friday for the weekend. I can freeze and defrost my card instantly, access my card details if I haven’t got my purse on me to make an online order, create savings pots very easily, and split bills. It’s amazing.
