Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Good

The app is useful and easy to follow. The customer service is good. The only tricky think is that as a business owner I need to be able to get bank notes changed for coins and this is not possible with Tide as tide has no physical branches. If I try to use the post office (which accept the tide card to allow me to pay money in), they charge a fee for change, which is no good to me. If this could be addressed my feedback about my experience with Tide would be more positive. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020
