After initially taking financing through first response for a vehicle purchase I was happy the payments and terms were reasonable and affordable. The issues don’t surround their lending policies as they were very fair and helpful. However I experienced a significant mechanical failure 6 months after purchase so raised a complaint with them given legally speaking the car was theirs and under warranty plus all payments have been made. A year later I’m still in the process of dealing with the complaint it’s now with the ombudsman I’m now £3k out of pocket for repairs and they really have been incredibly disappointing and dismissive when it comes to customer service and dealing with my complaint.

The most hassle free complete banking service I have ever experienced. The app is safe simple and so easy to navigate I have found everything to be very convenient and reliable without any issues since joining 5 years ago. If I need to contact the customer support they are always there to help without fuss.

Starling has changed the way way I bank. It’s simple uncomplicated and easy to manage my money. They have streamlined the process of banking and have fantastic support when you need it. They have taken away all the needless add ons and given me a range of useful options should I need them. Well done starling for standing up for the consumer.
