Blocked account as with many others

I was using this place fine and was actually enjoying my experience until one day i woke up to a message saying my account was frozen for no absolute reason. I tried to ask why but was never ever replied to. I only used the account mainly for savings and transferring to family because my traditional bank’s app was not letting me log in simply. But my issue is that even after I was frozen out I couldn’t access any funds at all and it also blocked my mother and girlfriend’s accounts which I had recommended them to get. My favourite so far

I haven’t had any problems with starling unlike their competitor (M) and have even earned a few pennies from them since joining. I like their GUI very much too. Everything is easy to use. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
