Very happy - more banks need to take this more modern approach to banking

I am very happy with the account I have and what it offers, customer service has been good so I have no complaints. For me, the only thing I am missing is the lack of automation of certain account actions such as those offered with Monzo via IFTTT. More specifically, for adding rules that would allow money to be moved from the account into a particular Space when certain activity occurs. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

A Game changer for personal finance & savings

I have been with Monzo since it was Mondo and in beta, I'm a loyal customer and have had huge benefits in terms of my personal savings due to the pots feature and also the automated savings challenges I take part in via the integration with the IFTTT (If This Then That) integration. The only thing about the bank that I am really not the greatest fan of is the user interface when they changed it but the pro's of Monzo far outweigh the cons so I won't be moving away anytime soon! Game Changer

For me Monzo has changed my financial life, pots allow me to separate funds, set saving goals and automated savings challenges with IFTTT means I have automated savings pots to cover unexpected expenses. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020
