Everything just works, a bank in my phone

It’s always been super smooth and easy. Fast support on the very few occasions I’ve needed to speak to someone. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2022

Love it

Fast and easy, all works like a dream. The access to the account is secure but so much better than the traditional online banking millions of codes and widgets. Instead, just have an email to your address and a magic link to open the app. I moved away from smile and didn’t look back. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Everything is easier now

I can see exactly what's taking money and when. I can download histories for processing after the month. I'm very happy in comparison with my old bank. I completed the full switch about a year ago and haven't looked back. The app has had some stability issues but that seems to be resolved now. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
