Helpful, knowledgeable and personable

Me and my partner went in to Nationwide to enquire about accounts that Nationwide have. The lady explained in detail every account, product and service they have. We spoke about our finances and she gave us the best options to suit us, how to go about applying for them and when to get different products they offer. She had explained all of this in detail to maximise our gain from Nationwide. We now hold 3 accounts with Nationwide, 2 savers, 2 ISA and have since been happy with the services they provide. With banks becoming non existant, she had advised us the best ways of internet banking, post office services and other Nationwide banks near to us. Overall, very happy with all they have done for us and will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
