I'm generally happy with my bank. My account does everything I need it to and I feel that the benefits that come with the type of account are pay for are of a good standard and would recommend these. However everytime I go in the branch there are less and less staff and more machines, it is becoming very impersonal to the point where I am becoming embarrassed to go and speak to someone. I understand this is cost cutting but think there is a fine line between the two- be careful not to tip over it NatWest!
