The app and journey was really slick.

The app and journey was really slick. Their process for payout was also super fast. Since then, I've not had to contact them, but I've used the app to monitor the account and it's very easy to use and feature rich. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Full Functionality with Transparency

I've only recently switched all of my banking into Monzo, but have been steadily increasing my usage since joining in '17. The functionality is best overall for me, the UI is clean and easy to use but what sets them apart from the competition is the community engagement and the transparency of their development.
