amazed how good they are

One tends not to think of credit card providers unless you need help and then you cross your fingers and hope you get a decent one. I am however totally bemused by the sheer niceness and helpfulness of the Amex representatives. I am so unused to it that I admit that it throws me completely. The are just so HELPFUL - it leaves you with a big warm smile on your face - feels so wrong! and on top of it all - they give me unexpected money every year! Reviewed on: 25th May 2017

Interest rates OK - customer service appalling

Not a bad bank for variety of accounts - watch that low interest and high charges don't make it uneconomical, Don't expect to feel cared for or appreciated - you are most definitely not Probably one of the worst (if not THE worst ) for customer service. such a shame - could have been a brilliant bank Reviewed on: 25th May 2017
