Frauds & Liars

Paying a fully comprehensive insurance, made a claim which they authorised with Totoya, now they are not paying me. They dont want to pass on phone to a manager either. I've been so stressed since my car part was stolen and they have tripled the stress, my car is my livelihood and they are aware of it and dont care. I wish I had read all these reviews before insuring my car with them. They say one thing and do another, giving me incorrect information. Please read all reviews before even taking out a policy with them!!!! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020
