Friendly and so efficient

Due to there immediate alerts on spending , I was able to get a refund from a company who’s web site was tricking and misleading , they had taken an additional £95.00 along side the agreed amount of a one off £3.95. Using there chat with us button !!! , I was able to cancel the £95.00 monthly subscription right away and get a refund , Because the team at Monzo we’re able to guide me through the process. It was not easy but , The staff on the Monzo chat explained everything clearly guiding me through the process quickly and efficiently , explaining everything clearly to me so I understood it , They were friendly and supportive throughout . This was on a Sunday And sorted on the Sunday , all done by there chat page . Brilliant Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
