Review of the Wealthify, Stocks and shares ISA:

Good

I have both Wealthify and Wealthsimple, invested £3000 in both as same risk level. Both have given me negative returns since then but I attribute it to the current market. Wealthsimple has been declining continuously, whereas Wealthify has pulled back up on one occasion. My Wealthify account has better return than Wealthsimple. - Good customer service. Chat box available online and on app, 6 days a week. Answers promptly. Never shows frustration at the questions asked. Informative. - Performance graph on app. Far, far better than Wealthsimple, as it let's you see close up how your money has been affected. - Good communication. Always emails about sign in from a different device (although it is just me). Confirmation email about cancellation of monthly direct debits (which Wealthsimple did not do, even though I cancelled on them too on the same day). For more information, look up trustpilot.
