A user friendly and flexible loan facility

I have used Zopa on 3 occasions for short term loans and also for a longer term large purchase. The system is geared towards the user experience and the flexibility to overpay or pay early with no penalty is a fantastic benefit. In fact it is incentivised to do this as opposed to other lenders, mainly high Street, who penalise early payment. The Web site is easy to navigate and user friendly Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
