Happy customer here

Great product, very user friendly, leagues ahead of the high street banks I used to use, customer support has been quick and helpful when I've needed it. Only drawback is lack of some specialist services (currency accounts, sharedealing, paying in a lot of cash etc). Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Refreshingly good banking experience

Great app, low fees, open and honest about where they charge you money. Only problem I've faced is that you cannot yet reliably receive international transfers. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Major failures with fraud checks

I've had huge problems with Revolut freezing either my whole account or specific transactions and then being uncommunicative. I had one instance where my account was frozen and I received no reply to any of my attempts to contact the company for a week - my wife and I ended up having to borrow money from a friend. There was another incident where I was told a transaction was under review and that I would be "updated shortly" for a month before it was dealt with. If banks don't have the resources to deal with fraud checks in a timely manner, they shouldn't be freezing accounts - this is a highly invasive thing to do and should not be taken lightly in my opinion.
