The best on the market!

Excellent customer service: not frustrating to access, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful staff. When managing a sensitive time involving house sale and an investment, very supportive. No mistakes ever. Top of the range several layered on line security. Excellent security education and communications. Transparent regarding their work to be the most ethical possible. Dynamic AGM where the concepts of generating 'good money' and ethical funding were explained. Most ethical bank on the market. Very happy. Reviewed on: 25th February 2021

Cleaning money cleaning the world.

I have valued being a customer for several years now. My current account for all my transactions is with Triodos. I have an ISA and a savings account too. I was highly impressed by the bank's Annual General Meeting which was a highly constructive and interesting day out - leading the way in making money and the world better. The ethical standards of Triodos are relatively very high. Their customer service feels personal & human. When dealing with more major transactions or there is any question their professionalism, politeness and ability is excellent. This bank is connected and cares about real economy which is not one bit about money, but about what money really represents. Glad to be a customer of a critical 'clean' industry and I trust them and bank no where else. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
