Best bank all round!

We've banked with Triodos for years now, and the service just keeps getting better. The app is easy to use, customer service are always really friendly and helpful, and I know my money is being used to do something positive for the world! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Ethical banking with excellent customer service

Efficient on-line banking with friendly staff on the end of the phone whenever I have needed them, and most importantly transparent ethical funding. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Not only can I be proud that my money is being used ethically, I also receive excellent customer service. Whenever I have needed assistance the staff at Triodos have been there promptly, always friendly and doing everything they can to solve my issue immediately. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
