Excellent ethics

Triodos' commitment to investing money in environmental and social projects is exemplary, and it is great to know that money is being used to improve people's lives. In addition customer service and the online banking are all good. Reviewed on: 28th February 2021

Good service, excellent ethics

It's good to be able to put savings in a bank which is clearly investing the money in companies that are improving the world and people's lives. And avoiding investment in companies that are causing harm, such as those promoting fossil fuels. I have also found the customer service entirely satisfactory. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
