Ethical & Efficient

From the switching process onwards Triodos has performed brilliantly. On the very few occasions I've needed the call centre, the staff have understood exactly what I needed and sorted out any problems quickly. And my money is being used responsibly and ethically. Simple, effective, ethical

It just works, no surprises. Telephone help is excellent, but rarely needed. Providing this level of service isn't cheap, and I'd much rather pay £3 a month than know that high charges on other people's overdrawn accounts were paying for my "free banking".
