Issues Resolved at First Point of Contact

It is so easy to contact Natwest, whether its on an instant webchat or by phoning and all of the queries I have raised have been resolved straight away. When there was a fraud on my account I could talk to someone and they stopped it immediately and gave me great advice. Reviewed on: 5th February 2020
