Painless way of saving

The best thing you can do with the Chip app is to forget you have it. Check it once a year and you'll be surprised how quickly it all adds up. Worth noting though that they don't currently pay interest so I use it as a way of shielding savings from spending but then make sure you regularly transfer to an ISA or savings account that does.
