Excellent

It was really easy to apply, I got my decision within a reasonable timeframe and the loan has been really easy to manage. I’ve had a couple of job changes and therefore have needed to change my payment date a couple of times and the process couldn’t have been simpler. The app and the website are very user friendly and the fact there are no fees for extra payments or paying early puts Zopa way ahead of other mainstream lenders. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Transactions on the app could be clearer, calling them about anything is a nightmare always takes ages to get through. No major problems but not perfect. No real perks. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Easy and convenient to apply for and manage

The application process was simple and a decision was made quickly. Managing things like the payment date is so easy to do so when I changed jobs and got paid on a different date there was no issue with amending my payment date.
