Great Product, Sales not so great

I received a quite scary voicemail on the day of my nans funeral saying there was an urgent issue and I needed to go to the branch straight away. I left my grieving parents to go to the branch to see what the issue was. I had previously been frauded and my account emptied and I was scared this had happened again. However when I got to the branch they said my account was fine but they wished to talk to me about a Loan I was eligible for. I was not in the market for a loan, if I had been I would have gone into the branch at a time suitable and asked for information. I was very upset and when I explained the voicemail and the day it was the staff were apologietic but said that offering services was part of their job. As I had previous good experience in regards to this account I have given it 2 stars for improvement If I hadn't have had good experience in the past it would have been a 1 star and I would have left the bank the next day.
