gOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EASY TO USE

I APPLIED FOR A LOAN, IT WAS SO QUICK AND SIMPLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT AND I GOT THE AMOUNT I WANTED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT IN MINUTES. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Excellent customer service

I get an answer within seconds whenever I call them, they are polite and easy to understand on the phone. As soon as they detect suspicious activity they contact quickly to check it. I find the online and App easy to work and very smooth running. I have been a customer for 18 years and have never had a problem. Reviewed on: 25th November 2015
