Claims fine, premium increases exorbitant

A while ago I saw bought by many advert on Facebook. At the time I had 2 dogs and premium was less than £25 a month. I later got another dog and premium increased to £30 which is still reasonable. The next year premium was around £42 a month and now is £60 a month and the excess for the 9 year old has gone up from £75 to £150. I wish to point out that none of my dogs have had Any health/illness related claims, the 9 year old had an accident a year ago. I think the doubling of premiums in 2 years is way out of line. They did pay the claim but really took over 6 months to settle with the vet. Reviewed on: 25th November 2015
