Terrible cheating company

Recently renewed my policy through Lloyds and about 2 weeks later received a letter informing my premium was being increased as I had failed to disclose a claim in October 2019 (though at that time I had insurance through Lloyds - why they cannot simply look at their own records is beyond me) - this is an excuse to cheat people out of money.
