Took money from my account in advance and got nothing in return for my payment couldn’t see my credit report because they said my details were wrong but still charged me . Customer service manager put the phone down on me twice , I then spoke to an advisor who said the manager would ring me back but not only did she not ring back but blocked my number disgusting behaviour and she is supposed to be customer service manager . I requested copy of the recording of the conversation but they did not respond to this
