Excellent customer service from Amy

I spoke to Amy on 14th February 2020 about cancelling my car insurance as it was far more than other quotes. She tried to get me a better deal but couldn't so patiently waited while I arranged for cover with another insurer so I didn't pay the cancellation fee.
